Summary
We are seeking an Auto Estimator to join our dynamic team at Curry Honda. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage and providing accurate estimates for repairs. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of our dealership.
Responsibilities
- -Inspect damaged vehicles and accurately assess the extent of damage
- -Prepare comprehensive and detailed repair estimates using estimating software (CCC One)
- -Communicate estimates clearly to customers and explain the repair process
- -Work with insurance companies and adjusters to provide necessary documentation & negotiate repair costs
- -Work with technician to prepare supplement & document repair process
- -Monitor repair work, to make sure it aligns with estimate/supplement
- -Maintain strong communication with customer, throughout repair process
- -Order parts as needed and ensure they are delivered in a timely manner
- -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and industry standards
- -Create Repair Orders on CDK
Qualification:
- -Previous experience as an autobody estimator
- -Proficiency in using CCC One estimating software
- -Strong Knowledge of auto body repair process, and identifying parts
- -Excellent customer service
- -Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- -Attention to detail
- -Experience working with insurance claims
- -Valid driver's license
- -Appraiser's license

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
