WHAT YOU BRING
Technical DNA: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering required.
Legal Credentials: A J.D. from an accredited law school and USPTO Registration (Patent Bar) in good standing.
Experience: 6+++ years of sophisticated patent prosecution experience in a large firm or elite IP boutique.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft and prosecute 500+ level complex U.S. and international patent applications.
Conduct high-level inventor interviews and provide strategic counseling on patentability and infringement.
Lead "Freedom to Operate" (FTO) and landscape analyses for emerging technologies.
Mentor junior staff and collaborate with the Litigation team on technical disputes.
COMPENSATION
Competitive Base Salary: 150,000 to 275,000+ USD (Commensurate with seniority and portable book).
