We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our team in the paving industry. The ideal candidate will have a NETTCP certification for the plant or field and be responsible for ensuring that our products meet quality standards.
- Conduct tests on asphalt mixtures and aggregates.
- Monitor production processes.
- Provide recommendations to production teams.
- Maintain accurate records of testing results.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration.
- Provide training to production teams.
- NETTCP certification for plant/field, perffered.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently or with a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of paving industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with testing equipment.
