Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Server. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. Open shifts: Morning and evening shifts are open. Must be available to work weekends
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Server or in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of culinary terms, ingredients, and menu items is a plus
- Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
