Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sushi Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead our team in delivering excellent food and customer service. The ideal candidate will have prior restaurant management experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and staff scheduling
- Supervise front-of-house and kitchen team members
- Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
- Train, motivate, and support restaurant staff
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and restaurant performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with hiring and team development
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience required
- Sushi restaurant experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
