Duties:
- Provide our Elderly residents with assistance with all ADL's. As well as meal prep and assisting residents with eating when needed. We also do residents laundry and some light house keeping. Night shift will primarily be making rounds and answering call bells through out the night.
Schedules- All shifts are 12 hours and work 7pm to 7am. Then work a rotating schedule of two days on and then have two days off. Will be paid every other Friday and will be guaranteed a minimum of 84 hours per pay period.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with the elderly , assisted living or nursing home setting
- Knowledge of elderly behaviors associated with Dementia
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with the elderly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
