Duties
- Assist with the assembly of products using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to ensure quality standards are met.
- Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly line, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Follow detailed work instructions and safety guidelines to ensure a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
- Support warehouse activities by loading, unloading, and organizing inventory as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Requirements
- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment confidently.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Comfort working on an assembly line in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks effectively. This role is paid and offers a valuable stepping stone into the manufacturing industry!
