We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! This position is key to creating a great experience for our clients and their pets — from the first phone call to the final checkout.
Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (7:15am-1pm), Friday
- Monday-Friday 7:15 AM – 5:30 PM with a one-hour lunch break
- Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
- Saturday 7:50AM-12PM, PM Let out, Sunday AM and PM let out
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, emails, and text messages with professionalism and compassion
- Schedule appointments and coordinate client communications
- Greet and check in clients upon arrival
- Process payments, invoices, and checkouts
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Support the medical team by ensuring smooth daily workflow and communication
Ideal Candidate:
- Prior experience in a veterinary or medical front desk setting is preferred
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using computers and managing multiple communication platforms
- Dependable, positive, and enjoys working with both people and pets
