Physical Therapist

Currently seeking a full time and permanent Physical Therapist for a non-profit and well established medicare certified agency. Territory is comprised of specific zip codes in Central/Southern Kent County, DE – very doable coverage of Milford, Houston and a few surrounding zip codes. Position could be full time or part time (Full time preferred) and pay + benefits are guaranteed on a bi-weekly basis for part time/full time!
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM with some flexibility
Benefits and Compensation of the Physical Therapist:
- Highly competitive salary ranging from approximately $39.00 - $55.00 per hour depending on years of experience as a licensed PT.

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:
- Conduct in home revisits for adult and geriatric medicare patients residing across the Central Sussex County, DE Region
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (RN Case Manager, Social Worker, SLP/OT, etc) to provide the highest level quality of care.
Requirements of the Physical Therapist:
- Minimum of 1 year previous experience working as a PT ideally with the geriatric patient population
- Strong work history, minimum of 1-2 years with each previous employer
- Valid Driver's License
