Responsibilities
- Assist customers in understanding the FFL application process and related firearm regulations with clarity and professionalism
- Provide detailed information about firearm transfer procedures, shipping options, and compliance requirements
- Process FFL applications accurately, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with federal laws
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local firearm laws to advise customers appropriately
- Build strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and follow-up support
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient handling of all transactions
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions, applications, and sales activities for compliance purposes
