The applicant needs to have a professional attitude, a strong sales background, and have an active insurance license with the State of California, with a minimum of Personal Lines. Must be bilingual.

Responsibilities:
Meet, present, and sell insurance policies to new clients in person or via phone.
Cross-selling additional lines of business
Build referral sources within the dealership and local community
Comply with state and company insurance standards and regulations
Qualifications:
Currently licensed for property and casualty insurance. A life license is recommended but not required.
One year of insurance sales experience required.
Ability to build quick rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask daily
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work during our peak hours of evenings and Saturdays.
