Kings Building Material is seeking an energetic and motivated Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team full-time. This role is based at one of our retail locations and focuses on in-store customer interaction, product sales, and order management.
Compensation:
Base Salary Commission & Benefits $60,000- $75-000 | $20/hour
Includes paid vacation and sick time.
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in-store, assisting with product selection and inquiries
- Enter and manage orders within our computer system
- Sell masonry and hardscape building materials
- Develop relationships with homeowners, contractors, and local builders
- Follow up with previous customers to encourage repeat business
- Identify and reach out to potential new clients
- Learn and stay updated on our full product lines and color options (training provided)
- Provide professional, high-level customer service
Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience required (building materials or construction preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Knowledge of masonry and hardscape materials is a plus but not required
