PASSENGER VAN SHUTTLE DRIVER
The PASSENGER VAN SHUTTLE DRIVER is the individual who ensures the safe and
secure transport of CrossWalk Center clients to and from specific locations. The
Passenger Van Driver reports directly to the Operations Manager.
Full-time:
6:00 AM pick-up and intake support; occasional weekends to support work and special events.
$15 hourly
Job Duties
Arrive at the van’s central location to begin your route. You will then pickup clients from
their home setting (varies) and transport them to their place of employment using a
CrossWalk Center vehicle. You will then return the vehicle to the central location at the
end of the shift unless other arrangements are made at the time of employment.
Support intake process and drive clients to parole, food stamps, Open Door (Harris
Health), to get ID’s for employment.
Keep current log of all required information, as per Intake Specialist instructions.
Vehicle interior is to be kept sanitized daily – Exterior cleaned and washed weekly.
Keep vehicle fueled.
Report all incidents/accidents to CWC immediately, and according to local laws.
Coordinating with the Intake Specialist, keep vehicle maintained and in safe operating
order, i.e., tires, oil and filter, all fluids, inspections, and registrations.
Qualifications
Passenger Driving: 1 year (Required)
