Every child deserves the opportunity to discover something they love. As an Enrichment Leader, you'll bring learning to life by leading engaging, hands on enrichment experiences that inspire creativity, curiosity, confidence, and skill development. Whether you're teaching photography, dance, coding, visual arts, sports, robotics, theater, music, or another area of expertise, you'll create an environment where students are encouraged to explore new interests, build meaningful relationships, and discover their potential. Working alongside school communities and YMCA Team Members, you'll help create experiences that children look forward to every day while making learning fun, active, and memorable. If you're passionate about sharing your talents and inspiring the next generation, we'd love to have you on our team. This is a part-time, seasonal position supporting school based enrichment programs during the academic year.
