Visual Merchandiser & Content Creator

At Little Miss Muffin, our Visual Merchandiser plays a key role in creating an inspiring shopping experience that reflects our brand and delights our customers. This position combines creativity, merchandising, and content creation to ensure our store is beautiful, inviting, and always customer-ready.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands retail presentation, enjoys working collaboratively, and is excited to help tell our story through both the in-store experience and support our social media team.
Responsibilities
- Create visually compelling merchandise displays that inspire customers and drive sales.
- Merchandise the sales floor using strong visual presentation and merchandising principles.
- Design and maintain attractive window displays and featured in-store presentations.
- Dress and update mannequins and display forms to reflect current collections and seasonal trends.
- Assist with the placement of new merchandise and replenishment from backstock.
- Ensure displays remain fresh, organized, and aligned with the Little Miss Muffin brand.
- Capture high-quality in-store photography and short-form videos featuring merchandise, displays, and new arrivals to support social media, email marketing, and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing and leadership teams to help showcase products through engaging visual content.
- Support special events, seasonal transitions, and promotional setups.

- Has proven retail visual merchandising experience.
- Has an eye for detail, color, styling, and presentation.
- Enjoys photography and creating engaging video content for social media platforms.
- Understands current merchandising and retail trends.
- Is proactive, solution-oriented, and enjoys finding creative ways to improve the customer experience.
- Brings a positive attitude and supports teammates in achieving shared goals.
- Is a creative problem solver who welcomes new ideas and approaches.
- Works independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
- Takes pride in creating beautiful spaces and memorable customer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Retail visual merchandising experience (required).
- Experience photographing merchandise and creating short-form social media content.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or Pinterest content creation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift, move, and arrange merchandise and displays as needed.
