Your Role
- Assist patients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and feeding
- Support daily activities to help maintain dignity and independence
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement
- Follow care plans developed by the Clinical Manager and RN team
- Maintain infection control and proper techniques in the home
Qualifications
- Current HHA certification or CNA license in Idaho
- At least 1 year of experience in home health, hospice, or caregiving preferred
- Compassion, patience, and reliability are essential
- Reliable transportation and auto insurance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compensation
- Pay per visit: $18.50-$22.50 per visit
- Flexible scheduling
- Opportunity for additional visits as the census grows
