Job Overview
This role will provide administrative and document control support for construction projects
from preconstruction through closeout. This role partners closely with Project
Managers and Superintendents to manage project documentation, subcontractor
correspondence, billing support, and coordination of submittals and RFIs.
Key strengths:
- 2-3 Years of relevant experience.
- Experience supporting subcontract agreements and project documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and numbers accuracy.
- Highly organized with strong prioritization skills.
- Strong communication skills; must be comfortable supporting busy PMs and
working cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS OƯice, Procore, Docusign, Sage 300 (Timberline).
Compensation:
$65K-$75K
