We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Infant Teacher Assistant to join our Infant program. In this role, you will work alongside a lead teacher to create a peaceful, engaging, and safe environment for our youngest learners.
Responsibilities:
- Support the lead teacher in maintaining a Montessori-prepared environment
- Provide attentive care, including feeding, diapering, and napping routines
- Engage in respectful and responsive interactions with infants
- Observe and support each child’s individual development
- Help with classroom organization and cleaning tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members and occasionally with families
Qualifications:
- Experience working with infants in a childcare or classroom setting preferred
- A warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
