Job Summary
We are seeking versatile and skilled Multi-Trade Craftsmen to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will perform a wide range of trade-specific tasks across various projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional results on diverse construction, renovation, and restoration projects. Duties
- Execute a variety of construction tasks including carpentry, masonry, roofing, drywall installation, and finishing work with precision and efficiency
- Snow removal in the winters across various job sites.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to complete projects on time
- Install fixtures such as doors, windows, cabinets, glass panels, trim carpentry components and appliances.
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, stucco application, and plastering to meet project specifications
- Apply caulking, painting, flooring installation, tile laying, and hardscape work to enhance project aesthetics
- Assist in the operation of heavy machinery when required for site preparation or material handling
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure seamless workflow and timely project completion
Experience
- Proven construction experience across multiple trades including carpentry, masonry, roofing, drywall finishing, plumbing or electrical work.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation
- Prior involvement in remodeling or restoration projects is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs
