SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST- FP&A COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS
Hybrid- Massillon, OH
As a member of the corporate Financial Planning and Analysis Team, the Sr Financial Analyst – FP&A Commercial Operations will work with the Sales Team, Accounting, Planning, Supply Chain and other Teams to provide financial support related to all customers. Key areas of responsibility include reporting/analysis regarding Customer Profitability; Trade Spend, MFG Cost and Network Optimization.
Your seat at the table

Collaborate with the Sales, Product Development, and Operations teams to prepare effective customer quotes and improve customer performance and profitability.

Provide analysis, reports and support recommendations provided to company management and sales team.

Pioneer transformation of standard reporting from Excel to PowerBI. Design and implement PowerBI Dashboards for use by cross functional partners.

Maintain flexible and “can-do” attitude in managing multiple projects and changing priorities.

Support special projects and ad hoc reporting requests.

Assist with managing customer pricing in our ERP system
What you bring to the table

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other Business Major preferred.

3-6 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or other business analytics.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate and interact effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to organize, prioritize, and be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment with internal deadlines.

Ability to collaborate in a team environment.

Flexibility to coordinate special projects, anticipate issues and take initiative to resolve them.

Strong PowerBI experience, including dashboard development, data visualization, report automation, and translating business needs into usable reporting tools.

Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work comfortably across large datasets, financial models, and recurring reporting processes.
