Healthcare Construction Superintendent
Location: Greenville, SC
Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 base
This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established commercial General Contractor with an outstanding reputation, strong financial backing and a secure pipeline of work, while also being part of the exciting growth of a newer division. You'll have the stability and support of an established business, combined with the opportunity to make a real impact as the Greenville team continues to expand.
We're looking for an experienced Healthcare Construction Superintendent who wants more than just their next project. We want someone who is excited by the opportunity to help grow the office, build relationships, mentor others and progress into a leadership role as the division develops.
Salary & Benefits:
- $130,000-$170,000 base salary
- $750-$850 per month vehicle allowance plus fuel card

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Healthcare Construction Superintendent with a Commercial General Contractor
- Experience delivering $50M+ ground-up healthcare construction projects from start to completion
- Stable employment history demonstrating long-term commitment and career progression
- Looking to build a long-term career within a growing division
