Summary
As an Experienced Revenue Cycle Specialist at Clear RCM, LLC, you will play a vital role in managing the revenue cycle for healthcare providers. This position is essential in ensuring accurate billing and collections while maintaining strong client account management and operational efficiency.
Job Description: The ideal candidate must have previous medical billing experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
This is a full - time hybrid position, so candidates will be expected to be in office Tuesday and Thursday and will work from home on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Requirements: Candidates must have a space available at home to setup their work station that is secure and free from distractions.
** All Applicants that are chosen for an in-person interview will be required to take a billing skills test at the end of the interview. **
Daily requirements of the position include:
- Review EOB's and ERA's to determine non-payment reasons
- Review initial claims for appropriate diagnosis and procedure code linking.
- Ensure daily accomplishments work towards company goals for claims submission, claims follow up, statement management, month-end close processes, and other departmental goals as outlined.
- Identifies patterns of non-compliance by client office staff in completing patient registration, supporting billing documentation and delivery of charge ticket/superbill.
- Reviews / scrubs charges for accuracy and completes claims per payer specific guidelines.
- Works within specified deadlines and stressful situations.
- Works overtime when necessary to meet department goals and objectives.
- Performs other tasks or special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of medical billing experience required
- Strong knowledge of full revenue cycle management required
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical records management
- Experience with medical billing and coding, CPT, and ICD-10
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in billing processes
