Job Summary
Location: Humble, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LVN or RN to provide one-on-one care for a pediatric patient in a home health setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with G-tube care and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to a pediatric patient in the home
- Perform and manage G-tube feedings and care
- Monitor patient condition and vital signs
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare team
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
Qualifications
- Current Texas LVN or RN license (required)
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Experience with G-tube care (preferred; training may be provided)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Reliable, punctual, and compassionate
