Our Patient Service Representatives are required to have the following:
· Two (2) years of medical office experience preferred.
· Experience with proven high performance working in a medical office, with ER experience preferred.
· Strong keyboard ability with accurate typing skills
· Excellent spelling skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Excellent telephone skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Sales experience a plus
· Bilingual not required, but preferred

- Commit that you will not work for another another job at a FSER, Urgent Care, or hospital while working for Medco ER
Requirements
- Be flexible to work assigned shifts, change shifts, and work during two weekend a month as needed to accommodate Medco’s scheduling needs
- Wear your uniform daily
- Lead by example by following the PSR script including the full closing as defined in the PSR Script
- No more than two call out’s per quarter as it is difficult to fill open shifts on short notice
- No more than two missed calls per quarter
