Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue through effective pricing, sales initiatives, and occupancy management.
- Oversee budgeting processes, financial reporting, and expense control to meet profitability goals.
- Maintain exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated team.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards across all departments.
- Utilize multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to handle guest inquiries efficiently and courteously.
- Oversee night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, leadership development, and continuous improvement.
- Implement hospitality management best practices to enhance overall guest experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in the hospitality or hotel management industry with a strong leadership background.
- Extensive hotel experience with comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations including front desk management, guest services, and resort amenities.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of revenue management strategies and budgeting processes to optimize profitability.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse guests.
- Experience with human resources functions such as hiring, training, and performance management.
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems; proficiency in phone etiquette is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $54,237.51 - $65,318.29 per year
