Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our hospitality team in delivering exceptional dining experiences across a variety of food service settings. As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, ensure food safety standards are met, and drive the overall success of our food and beverage outlets. Duties
- Lead and supervise all aspects of food and beverage operations, including casual dining, fine dining, catering, bar service, and quick service outlets
- Oversee staff training, development, and performance management to foster a motivated and professional team
- Manage inventory control, food production, and kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and minimize waste
- Implement and monitor food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations and company standards
- Utilize POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting
- Coordinate shift management, including scheduling staff to meet business demands while optimizing labor costs
- Conduct interviewing and hiring processes to build a strong team aligned with our service standards
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with culinary teams on menu development, food presentation, and quality assurance
- Supervise kitchen management activities including food preparation, food handling, and culinary execution
- Ensure all food industry best practices are followed for hygiene, sanitation, and safety
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within the food service industry, including supervising teams in fast-paced environments such as quick service or casual dining restaurants
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management
- Hands-on experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong cash handling skills
- Demonstrated ability in inventory control, budgeting, and cost management
- Strong leadership skills with experience in staff training & development as well as interviewing potential team members
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns effectively
- Background in food safety regulations and sanitation standards across various hospitality settings
- Previous experience managing restaurant operations within hotel, country club or catering environments is highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
- Culinary experience or hospitality management background preferred; including barista or coffee experience is a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 - $69,500.00 per year
