THE OPPORTUNITY
We are expanding our team of licensed insurance agents to help individuals and families enroll in ACA (Affordable Care Act) Marketplace health plans. As a captive broker, you'll represent our book of business, guide clients to the right coverage, and get paid for every application you successfully submit — $30 per approved application, with no cap on how many you can write.
The Annual Enrollment Period (AEP: November 1 – January 15) is the busiest window of the year. Motivated agents routinely reach $8,000–$10,000/month during this stretch by staying consistent with leads and follow-up.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Contact and qualify prospective clients seeking ACA/Marketplace health coverage.
- Educate clients on plan options, subsidies, and eligibility.
- Complete and submit accurate applications on the client's behalf.
- Maintain compliance with CMS and Marketplace enrollment rules.
- Follow up with clients to keep applications on track to approval.
COMPENSATION
- $30 per approved application — paid reliably, tracked transparently.
- Monthly earning potential of $8,000–$10,000 during AEP for active, full-time agents.
- No cap — your income scales directly with the applications you write.
- 1099 independent contractor: you control your schedule and your volume.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Active Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one).
- Current AHIP / FFM (Marketplace) certification — or willingness to complete it before AEP.
- Strong phone and communication skills; comfortable with high call volume.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-driven.
- Reliable computer, internet, and a quiet workspace for remote work.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
