We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our Owner and Accounting & Payroll Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
This is a true “right-hand” role, blending administrative, HR, accounting, and creative support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Executive & Administrative Support

Support the Owner and Accounting & Payroll Manager with daily administrative needs

Manage special projects from start to finish

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Run occasional local errands as needed
Human Resources Support

Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding

Maintain employee files and records with accuracy and confidentiality

Support HR documentation and internal communications

Help track compliance-related paperwork
Accounting & Payroll Support

Enter invoices and organize accounts payable documentation

Confirm and track employee timesheets
-
Assist with account reconciliation and filing
-
Provide general support to accounting and payroll processes
Marketing & Client Engagement

Assist with marketing content and internal communications

Help manage and compile client surveys and feedback

Support brand-aligned projects as needed
