Koola Logistics is a family-owned freight brokerage in Carmel, Indiana. We're not a large corporate brokerage with layers of management and internal competition for customers. We're a small team that believes in working hard, supporting each other, and rewarding performance.
We're looking for an experienced freight broker who already knows the industry and wants the freedom to build their own business while having the support of an operations team behind them. What You'll Do
- Build and manage your own book of business
- Prospect and develop new customer relationships
- Quote freight and negotiate rates with customers and carriers
- Work with our operations team to ensure freight moves successfully
- Build long-term partnerships through exceptional service
- Continue growing your customer base and revenue
What You Can Earn
Our commission structure is simple: 30% of brokerage revenue.
Examples of annual commission earnings:
- $4,000 weekly brokerage revenue = $57,600 annual commission
- $5,000 weekly brokerage revenue = $72,000
- $6,000 weekly brokerage revenue = $86,400
- $7,000 weekly brokerage revenue = $100,800
- $8,000 weekly brokerage revenue = $115,200
- $16,000 weekly brokerage revenue = $230,400
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who already understands freight brokerage and wants to build something long-term.
You should have:
- At least one year of freight brokerage experience
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills
- A competitive mindset and a desire to earn well above six figures
- Confidence making outbound sales calls and developing new business
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a team
Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000 base salary OR 30% commission (whichever is higher)
