F5 Roofing & Gutters is currently looking to add 1 individual to our team of
storm restoration representatives on our operations team to assist in handling the influx of
roof replacement installations due to storm damage such as hail and wind that have
recently been affecting the metropolitan area.
Our company’s revenue continues to increase year over year, growing to over $5
million worth of restoration projects and insurance claim related
construction, and we are expecting to continue to grow up to $10 million
for 2026 to become one of the area’s fastest growing restoration
companies.
To handle the additional jobs our company anticipates, we need 1
driven, energetic, independent individual to join our team and assist
homeowners with the management of roof installations and various construction projects.
They could also help with insurance claims, estimates, and storm damage
inspections on the sales side as a hybrid role.

proficient representatives within 5 days.
Individuals we hire receive training on the basic construction, insurance,
and storm damage knowledge they need in order to represent and assist
homeowners through their projects, so prior sales experience is not necessary. But it is required for the right candidate to have a construction background.

● Compensation & Benefits
o Guaranteed base pay plus commission structure

● Qualifications
o Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers
o Must be able to climb a ladder to a roof for quality control & inspection purposes
o Must have reliable transportation
o Independent nature, self-discipline, and good time management
o Previous consruction experience is required
o Must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures/video during home
inspections
- Must have a clean driving record and pass a background check
● Responsibilities & duties of the position
o Inspecting & documenting homes for project management
- Includes managing roof installs and working on various small construction projects
o Meeting directly with homeowners before/during/after job completion to educate them on the repairs and construction process
- Meeting with subcontractors for estimating process
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
