Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects while ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations. This role leads cross-functional teams, manages project schedules and resources, and ensures project objectives are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager plays a key role in communication, coordination, and problem-solving to drive successful project outcomes.
Duties
- Develops comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, and timelines
- Oversees the execution of project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Communicates effectively with appropriate staff providing regular updates and managing expectations
- Identifies potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them to ensure smooth project progression
- Leads and motivates project teams, creating a positive and successful environment
- Ensures quality of all projects meets company standards and customer requirements
- Maintains detailed project documentation
- Participates in planning meetings with the customers to gather requirements, collect and validate data, and review project status and upcoming tasks
- Works with the sales department to identify and resolve client concerns to grow overall sales
- Builds, develops, and grows business relationships vital to the success of the project
- Works as a team to promote customer satisfaction, sales growth, and the success of the entire Green Source Automation organization
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Assists in other projects as needed.
- High level of organizational and documentation accuracy.
- Assists in other projects as needed.
- Lifts & carries up to 50-100 lbs with assistance from tables, carts, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused Mindset
- Basic understanding of automation, robotics, or mechanical systems
- Must be able and willing to travel up to two weeks at a time
