<Job Summary>
America’s Dream Homeworks is hiring outgoing and motivated individuals to represent our home improvement services inside Costco locations in the Bay Area and San Francisco region. This is a lead generation position.
In this role, you’ll engage with customers, build quick rapport, and set appointments for our sales team.
This is not a sit-back role — you must be comfortable approaching and speaking with new people throughout your shift.

This is an hourly + commission opportunity
*this is NOT a digital marketing roll. This is an in-person marketing position working directly with the public.
<What You’ll Do>
- Approach and engage customers in a friendly, natural way
- Build quick rapport and spark interest in our services
- Set qualified appointments for our sales team
- Represent the company with professionalism and energy
<Experience>
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or hospitality.
- Strong communication skills and natural charisma
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Comfortable starting conversations with new people
- Punctual, personable, with a strong attention to detail
- Reliable and motivated in a fast-paced environment
- Must have your own reliable transportation, and be willing to bend, stoop, and lift up to 35 lbs.
