As a State Farm Agent Team Member for Chad Bradley Insurance Agency, INC. you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required. Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses required. You help grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Competitive Salary plus individual and team bonuses!
Commissions are in addition to salary range listed below. Salery range is based upon experience.
Commissions are very competitive and are not limited, capped, or any minimums on individual production.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Meet monthly sales goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Property and Casualty License.
- Life and Health License.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred but not required.
