JOB

This role leads efforts across the organization to turn our equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging goals into real, everyday practices.
In this role, you’ll work with leaders, teams, and community partners to build programs, lead conversations, and provide guidance that supports a more inclusive workplace. You’ll also track progress by gathering data and feedback to understand what’s working and where we can improve. This work is carried out through group facilitation, program development, training, and data-informed evaluation, with the goal of creating meaningful, lasting change—so employees feel a stronger sense of belonging and we deliver more equitable services to the communities we serve.
