Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients with payroll management, including data entry and processing.
- Utilize payroll software to manage financial transactions.
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or issues that require resolution.
- Ensure compliance with office accounting standards and practices.
Skills
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes.
- Some experience with data entry and bookkeeping practices.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
- Some knowledge of tax regulations as they pertain to payroll and accounting functions.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in 10 key typing for efficient data entry processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. You must be able to get along with other team members and not bring drama to the office.
