Crew Members at WNF work a variety of roles every shift: customer service expert, sales guide, product matchmaker, inventory guru, and problem solver. They’re clever, gritty, kind, and just the right amount of weird. They love helping customers navigate dietary needs, discover new products, and feel genuinely cared for.
They know how to keep shelves beautiful, maintain accurate stock, and support product ordering. They move fast, communicate clearly, and take pride in creating a warm, welcoming, “you belong here” experience for every guest.

Qualifications
- REQUIRED: Prior retail experience, including customer service and sales
- REQUIRED: Experience with product ordering, inventory management, or stock control
