Position overview
We are hiring detail-oriented and reliable Wiring Technician for assembly line roles on a full-time schedule. This role offers structured shifts with consistent hours, opportunities for growth, and the potential for permanent employment. You will receive comprehensive training and the tools necessary to perform your tasks effectively while adhering to company policies. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering a pay raise, profit sharing, benefits, PTO, paid holidays, and 401k when converted to a permanent employee
Responsibilities
Wiring power systems and assembling electrical components
Reading schematics and engineering drawings for assembly
Using hand and power tools such as power drills, wire crimpers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, hammers, and tape measures
This role requires standing for the entire shift and may involve working on ladders to assemble units up to 8 feet in height
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity goals.

Requirements
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
Ability to read a tape measure
Must have a high school diploma or GED
Experience in wiring electrical components preferred (training provided)
Preferred Construction, handyman work, HVAC, automotive, or similar fields is beneficial
Preferred ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, process sheets, and schematic drawings
