POSITION: Senior Associate, Analytics
DESCRIPTION:

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across multiple layers of the stack.

Implement cloud-based solutions for scalable, reliable, and secure applications.

Create and manage RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with front-end applications.

Design, implement, and optimize databases, ensuring data integrity and security.

Work with modern frontend frameworks to build responsive, user-friendly interfaces.

Automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable releases.

Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring quick resolution of issues.

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve software quality and development processes.

This position allows for a hybrid schedule with three (3) days in office and two (2) days remote.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, and 2 years of industry experience. Requires experience in/with:
- At least one Object-Oriented Programming language such as Java, C#, or Python, and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot for Java, .NET Core for C#, Django/Flask for Python);

Front-end development experience with JavaScript and at least one modern front-end framework, such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.;

Relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB);

Version control proficiency, primarily with Git, including branching, merging, and managing pull requests.; and

Software development practices, including design patterns, unit testing and agile methodologies.

SALARY RANGE: $165,000 - $175,000 per year
