Position Overview:
We're looking for a dependable and motivated line cook/kitchen team member to join our crew. This role includes food prep, line cooking, and helping keep the kitchen clean and organized during service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to standard
- Assist with prep work and stocking
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently during busy service times
- Communicate clearly with team members
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable and shows up on time
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented
- Kitchen experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
- Weekend availability is a plus
