WILL CALL CLERK
MINTON DOOR COMPANY is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Will Call Clerk to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting customers, preparing and releasing materials, receiving shipments, and supporting the fast paced day-to-day operations of our shop and warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with will-call orders and material pickups
- Prepare, pull, and stage materials for customer pickup and deliveries
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
- Process shipping and receiving paperwork
- Operate a forklift to load and unload materials
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members in a professional manner
- Respond to emails and maintain clear communication using Microsoft Outlook
- Enter and maintain information using computer systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow company safety procedures and warehouse practices
- Assist with other shop and warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous shipping and receiving experience required
- Forklift certification required
- Basic computer skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook/email
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and complete tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
- Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to take initiative
- Sage experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving materials. The ability to safely lift and handle materials weighing 50+ lbs. is required.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
