HUM Home exists to support the people who make homes work.
We partner with experienced Home Managers, Household Operations Leads, and Family Assistants to place them in roles that truly match their skills, lifestyle, and season of life not just a task list.
Our approach is thoughtful and relationship-driven. We take the time to understand the rhythm of each household and the kind of environment where a professional will thrive. Some homes need structure and systems; others need calm, consistency, or strong operational ownership. Our role is to make those matches intentionally.
Our goal is simple: to help household professionals feel supported, respected, and proud of the work they do and to bring families closer together.
