We’re Hiring Certified Lifeguards – Summer 2026
Millennial Pools is a commercial pool management company providing lifeguard staffing services to The Meadows Neighborhood Community. As we prepare for August 2026 season, we are specifically seeking already certified lifeguards to join our team from august 1st until Labor Day .
We are hiring for this area as well as surrounding locations throughout New Jersey.
Important: This position requires an active lifeguard certification. Training is not provided for this location.

With schools going back into session early August we are looking for a handful of already certified Lifeguards to work Monday-Friday 9am-3:30pm. It is not mandatory that you work all 5 days of the week but atleast 2 is preferred.
