Our client is a leading manufacturer of consumer products committed to quality, innovation, and regulatory compliance. They are seeking a Quality Manager to join their team.
Your day-to-day as a Quality Manager:
- Oversee and enhance the integrated Quality Management System to ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements
- Direct Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities across manufacturing operations
- Lead internal and external audits, ensuring audit readiness and managing corrective actions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Product Development teams
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific discipline required
- 6+ years of progressive quality leadership experience in regulated manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, FDA regulations, and CAPA management
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive process improvements, and manage multiple priorities
