The Complimentary Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner within the complimentary breakfast area of a hotel
- BREAKFAST HOURS ARE 6.00 AM TO 11.00 AM. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS.
- In addition this individual shall be well-versed on the hotel-brand standards guest expectations and the and unique characteristics of the hotel and local area
- Ability to perform job function with attention to detail speed and accuracy Must be able to obtain and provide Food Handlers card as required by city/county/state
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm professional manner Understanding of hotel products and guest services.
Background checks are required.
