Overview:
Opportunity: Spa Attendant
Maintain the cleanliness of the spa, which includes the spa, locker rooms, fitness center, and pool area according to brand and sustainability standards. Responsible for ensuring a clean and safe environment in the pool area while treating guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Essential Job Functions

Immediately greet guests and offer to assist with their needs.

Ensure the pool and fitness center is stocked with operating supplies, including towels.

Light cleaning of the pool and fitness center, including wiping down fitness equipment, stocking the bathroom, straightening pool furniture, and wiping down furniture as needed.

Ensure overall guest satisfaction and work toward increasing departmental satisfaction scores.

Restock all linens in locker rooms and appropriate guest areas.

Collect and replenish pool towels and monitor inventory.

Assist in conducting monthly inventory of spa operating and guest supplies as requested.

Communicate with management of any member, guest, or facility issues.

Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.

Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.

Perform other duties as requested by management.
Position Requirements

High school diploma or comparable work experience; trade school course work in related field preferred.

Previous customer service or related experience required.
Work Environment and Context
-
Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays, weekends and alternate shifts.

Requires standing for extended periods, walking, and pushing.

Requires bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and climbing.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
