Butcher
Pay: $25.30 per hour

Burbach's Meat Market has proudly served Milwaukee since 1939. We are a family-owned butcher shop known for premium quality meats, award-winning sausage, and exceptional customer service. We are looking for an experienced butcher who takes pride in craftsmanship and wants to be part of a growing team.
Responsibilities
- Cut, trim, and prepare beef, pork, poultry, and other meats
- Prepare custom cuts to customer specifications
- Grind meat and assist with sausage production
- Keep meat cases stocked, clean, and visually appealing
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
Qualifications
- Previous butcher or meat cutter experience required
- Strong knowledge of meat cuts and processing
- Experience using meat saws, grinders, slicers, and other butcher equipment
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Passion for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
