About ART
We provide in-clinic ABA therapy to infants and children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our mission is simple: unlock potential through compassionate, evidence-based care.
Role Overview
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work under a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized ABA treatment plans. You’ll teach communication, self-care, adaptive, and social skills that improve our clients’ daily lives.

Compensation and Career Progression
- Entry level (no RBT yet):
- With degree: $17/hr, increases to $18/hr the day you earn your RBT (typically 30–90 days)
- Without degree: $16/hr, increases to $18/hr the day you earn your RBT (typically 30–90 days)
- Already RBT certified: $18–$22/hr based on experience (RBT + 1+ year typically $20+/hr)
After you become an RBT:
- Performance evaluations every 6 months for advancement to RBT Tier 2–5
- Each tier advancement includes a $1/hr increase
- Upon reaching Tier 5: additional paid time off plus up to $1,000 per year in bonus pay
Example path:
- Months 1–3: Complete RBT (with ART support)
- Start as RBT Tier 1 at $18/hr
- Every 6 months: eligible review for Tier 2, 3, 4, then 5 (each adds $1/hr)
- Tier 5 adds extra PTO and bonus eligibility
Schedule and Location
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m, 1 hour lunch break
- 8-hour shift, in-person at our center

What You’ll Do
- Implement ABA treatment plans as directed by a BCBA
- Build skills in communication, self-care, social, and adaptive functioning
- Collect data and communicate progress with the clinical team and families
- Maintain professionalism in a variety of settings, including clinic and client homes
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willing to obtain RBT certification (if not already certified)
- Negative TB test
- Reliable transportation, current auto liability insurance, and a clean driving record
- Professional, organized, dependable; strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS (Psychology, Education, Child Development, or related field) completed or in progress
- Experience working with children and/or individuals with autism
- Familiarity with ABA-based behavioral therapy
