We're looking for a Junior Simulation Engineer to join our team and take ownership of our CARLA-based simulation pipeline. You'll build and run new test scripts, manage overnight simulation batches, review results each morning, and work closely with teams around the world to design realistic driving environments. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys hands-on scripting, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration.

Must Have

Proficiency in Python

Strong communication skills, comfortable working with international, distributed teams

High level of English (written and spoken)

Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and workflows

Ability (or willingness to learn) to build dashboards for visualizing simulation results
Nice to Have

Experience with Blender (or similar 3D modeling tools)

Familiarity with CARLA or other simulation platforms

Experience with dashboard/visualization tools (e.g., Grafana, Wasabi etc.— open to relevant technologies)
Scope of work:

Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Python scripts for new simulation scenarios

Set up and run simulation batches overnight and review/analyze results each morning

Investigate and resolve issues by coordinating with other engineering teams

Design and build city/map environments within CARLA

Manage CARLA version updates and environment configuration

Import and configure vehicle models within the simulator

Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders across different countries and time zones
