What you'll do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of licensed stylists
- Build an environment that rewards great service and guest loyalty
- Perform hair services on guests at least 75% of the time — this is a chair role first, a desk role second
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, training, recognition, and compliance
- Help manage expenses and supply orders within budget
What we're looking for:
- Current Wisconsin cosmetology license
- Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
- Confident, collaborative, and team-oriented
- Coachable and committed to consistent quality
- Strong guest communication and professional presence
