QMG seeks a Board Eligible or Board Certified Ophthalmologist to join our Eye & Vision team in Quincy, Illinois.
Opportunity Highlights
Team of 5 Ophthalmologists, 8 Optometrists, Opticians, and support staff
Strong internal referral network
Physician input in clinical decisions, scheduling, and staffing
Call 1:5 weekends, mostly phone-based, no routine hospital call
Epic EHR
Diverse cases: cataracts, cornea, diabetic retinopathy, eyelid procedures, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and medical retina with the option to subspecialize.
State-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center and Eye & Vision Institute with YAG laser, OCT, Visual Field, Fundus Photography, Auto Refraction, IOL Master, Fluorescein, and Pentacam.
Physician-Led Care
QMG emphasizes collaboration between physicians and operational leaders. Administrative teams manage operations, compliance, and contracting, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care.
Compensation & Benefits
Base compensation: $425,000 - $500,000
Total target: $500,000 - $900,000+ with incentives
$45,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, loan forgiveness, CME allowance
Paid licensure and certification renewals
